Whenever we come to see the Sheffield Steelers play we always pop into the restaurants opposite the arena. I’m pleased to say whenever I go to a Bella Italia it’s always great service. The Sheffield branch is no exception. Lillie was our server and she was top notch. Nothing was too much trouble for us. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. A nice treat had by us both. They also have an app which is worth downloading because you get rewards like cheapest main free kind of thing and treats on your birthday. Hands down recommend.
We had a a lovely waitress called grace- she was awesome!! we definitely were than annoying family table that wanted about 10 things at all time and she never forgot anything, she also sang happy birthday to one of us! would definitely recommend this restaurant as all the other staff were so lovely as well xxx

This was a superb restaurant for dinner, with a comforting design brought on by the lights and mock trees! Staff were friendly and menus are provided when entering for bookings, toilets were kept clean too. I had a tasty pasta dish with Chicken and Mushrooms, served in due time and the seating is comfy!
Absolutely outstanding meal at Bella Italia today! Couldn’t praise Holly enough! She went above and beyond trying to make sure we were happy and comfortable, even kept her cool when we had to ask her for extra time for our order! She was fantastic and the food was even better!! X
First time visiting. The service was 5 star we had Lillie serving us and she really looked after my family, nothing was a problem at all, she was friendly polite very professional , we had a lovely visit.
